Facebook Group

Currently the Facebook group is closed to requests due to an increase in spam activity. Please reach out to Amy Nutter, our HOA Secretary, to be added to the group for up to date announcements and neighborhood activity. 

Pool Info

The pool is currently open for the season. Hours are from dawn to dusk. There is no lifeguard on duty, so swimming is at your own risk. 

Currently, the pool bathrooms are undergoing upgrades so we ask that swimmers shower at home before using the pool, and if the restroom is needed, to please dry off properly before using the facilities in the clubhouse. 

Clubhouse Rental

The Clubhouse can be rented to current Homeowners in good standing for events. Please reach out to Heather Christianson for more details.

Trash Schedule, Bulk Trash, Recycling

Regular trash pick up is scheduled for Thursday mornings. It is suggested to set out your trash bins on Wednesday evenings since the trash trucks come through the community early Thursday morning. 

Bulk trash is normally scheduled for the regular trash day on the 2nd full week of the month. Homeowners are allowed two oversized items for pickup by the city. Please leave these items close to your trash bin, and ensure you are not blocking parking for you or your neighbor. Before placing bulk items out for bulk trash day, please check the city website at www.indy.gov to ensure bulk trash pickup is still scheduled for pickup that week. 

Recycling can be dropped off at the recycling bins behind the Pike Township Trustee Office at 5665 Lafayette Road.

Homeowners Association Meetings

HOA meetings are typically held each month in the community Clubhouse on the third Wednesday of the month at 6pm. Keep an eye out at the entrance of the community for reminder signs, or in the Facebook group for reminder posts and updates. 

Association Dues and Payment Options

Association dues are due on the first of the month, and are considered late after the 15th of the month. Payment can be made by check, cashier's check or Money Order made out to Waterbury Homeowners Association. Payment can also be made through Zelle to Waterburyhomeowners@gmail.com.
